• The Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription Program is optional not mandatory. You would be able to use the Brother DCPL2640DW with out enrolling on the Brother Refresh EZ Print Subscription Program. Unfortunately, the Brother DCPL2640DW is not able to pint checks. Below is a link to the Brother DCPL2640DW specifications.
