That’s not answering the question. I’m not having a problem with my phone it’s my iPad Pro

The Brother HL-L2390DW is compatible with Android and Apple mobile devices using the free Brother iPrint&Scan app available from the Play Store and App Store. The Brother machine and the mobile device must be on the same Wi-Fi.
