“Is it possible to connect using BOTH wifi and USB at the same time? I would like to take my desktop offline when working financial data, and would like to print reports at that time. I need wifi for multiple users to print.”

I have the printer connected via USB to the desktop PC right beside it and have WIFI running. It seems to be able to print either way. Pretty sure I've printed to it when the PC was off.

When I wanted to print on my old printer all I did was click on print and got a copy. On this printer I was told I had to copy first and send it to word and then print. Also having problems regarding size of print and margins etc.
