“I have a new Brother HL-L2395-DW. There is a thick black line on one side of every copy. How can I correct this?”

• Might not be the printer. I have a Brother HL-3750OW laser and a Brother J68ODWInk Jet and get the same large black on the right of the page on both. Brother support could not provide an answer.

• Must be frustrating. I would try to first print a test copy. If still there, try removing cartridge and reinsert. If no resolution, try place of purchase or Brother site support. Perhaps return if within return policy schedule. Good luck.
