A:AnswerI just purchased this printer. I do not know about the ability to print 4 x 6 index cards. There are two things I did not consider to check. One is that to scan, you have to manually put the page on the scanner, there is not ability to feed multiple pages or to scan both sides. The other is that the printer does not print double-sided. I am really bummed about the latter point. Had I known that I would not have purchased this printer. I guess I just assumed all printers these days had that capability. To print on both sides you need to manually turn the page over and reinsert it into the printer paper feed.
