Yes it is M1 MAC compatible as well as iPad and iPhone. Needs Brother SW available on App Store

Yes, the Brother MFCL2710DW machine is compatible with the M1 chip and is able to scan using Mac OS devices. It is compatible with all the Mac OS listed here: macOS (12) macOS (11) macOS (10.15) macOS (10.14) macOS (10.13) macOS (10.12) OS X (10.11) OS X (10.10)
