Not really. The printer has to flip the paper internally, so card stock will struggle. For best results, send card stock straight through by opening the slot in the back to let the card stock out in a single pass, then re-feed it to do the other side. Two-sided printing works flawlessly with lighter-weight paper. I have had very good results even with 28-lb stock.
