• Yes. I has a manual open feeder where you can put through envelops.

• Yes, it prints envelopes. You can only put one thing to print in the bypass at a time. Envelopes do come out with a crinkle or two on the back of the envelope. I don't think that it's a big deal. I have not tried printing them stacked in the tray although that should work. I have printed post cards (4x6 card stock) in the tray and those come out just fine.
