How do I scan a document null

Place the document on the glass, or use the document feeder. Scans can be directed to a PC or an email address.

The scan function does not work with Win 10 . Brother seems to have no intention in finding a solution. Can't understand why Best Buy would even sell this model. Check it out this is a known problem.
