What comes in the box? Is there a CAT-5 cable? null

The Brother MFCL2750DW comes with the following items: - 1 Starter Toner Cartridge (yields approx. 700 pages‡), - 1 DR730 Drum Unit (yields approx. 12,000 pages‡), -Quick Setup Guide and Basic User's Guide, -AC Power Cord, -Telephone Line Cord, -Installation CD-ROM. Please know that a Cat-5 cable is not included with the Brother MFCL2750DW.

The unit doesn't come with a CAT-5 cable. The printer does come with an RJ-11 phone cable. The printer does have an RJ-45 jack that will accept your own CAT-5 or higher cable. After unpacking the printer and removing the "scotch tape", follow the enclosed instructions. Use the CD that comes with the printer to install to your PC and network. After everything is up and running, you can download the latest version from the internet that installs on your PC. You'll also notice that the printer prompts you to install an update directly to the printer. Do both updates!
