“I am on the waitlist for a MFC-L3710CW. I keep getting emails saying that it’s available now, but when I click the shop now button to go buy it, it says none are available. I have been waiting a couple weeks and I’m in desperate need. Please help.”

I had the same issue. I was on the waitlist for a few weeks and, over that time, received a few emails that the printer was available only to find that it was sold out when I clicked Best Buy to order it. That appears to be a totally useless "service". I started checking the Best Buy website a couple of times a day for this printer and just happened to find it available one day. I ordered it immediately and it was shipped quickly. Good luck!
