- Answer Verify the spray head is still in place and snug. Also, don't add an instant coffee such as Via to the basket as it will clog the basket.

- Answer The carafe is the more rounded version, but if you still have the old one it works just fine. We don’t care for the lid on the newer version.

QuestionWhat parts, if any are dishwasher safe?

- Answer I have put the basket and the carafe in the dishwasher. The only problem I have encountered is (with multiple times in the dishwasher) that the cup markings on the carafe will wear off. This is not a bother to me since I only brew full pots of coffee at a time.
