Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us about your beautiful Café model dishwasher. We apologize for the difficulty you are having and understand the frustration you may be feeling. If a wash cycle was started and the door was opened, the dishwasher will beep very minute or so as a reminder to close the door and restart the cycle. We recommend cancelling the cycle. To do so, press and hold the Start pad for 3 seconds and immediately close door. The dishwasher will drain, emit a beep sound, and the wash cycle light will turn OFF. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend service. If needed, please call 1-800-432-2737 (M-F 8am-8pm EST) to schedule a service appointment. We do hope this helps. Kind regards - Vikki@Café
