QuestionCan you lock the gas just in case the knobs get turned? My old cafe range had this feature and it was so nice. I only see control lock which we don't care about

- Answer Hello Hollzrange - Thank you so much for being part of the Cafe Appliances family for all these years. The lockout feature no longer controls the burners and only turns of the oven. QuestionI was told from the sales person that I could get optional red or blue knobs for the burners. How do I order them? Is the grill top standard? I did not get one.

- Answer Hello Dave - The CGS750P2MS1 does not offer optional red or blue knobs. It comes with a griddle. There is a optional grill JXCGRILL1 that can be purchased separately. Thanks you for choosing Café appliances! Olga@Cafe

- Answer The knobs and oven handles are bronze. This is a warmer color tone than brass or copper. The knobs are a hefty weight and help improve controlling the range top burners.

- Answer The oven comes with an LP conversion kit. Only the lower, gas powered oven has a broiler. However, the top oven has the heating element on top and is close to the food and can brown things nicely.

- Answer Hello Chris, thank you for your question! We recommend that you do not use a steel wool pad; it will scratch the surface. Cleaners with oxalic acid such as Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser™ will remove surface rust, tarnish and small blemishes. Use only a liquid cleanser free of grit and rub in the direction of the brush lines with a damp, soft sponge. To clean the stainless steel surface, use warm sudsy water or a stainless steel cleaner or polish. Always wipe the surface in the direction of the grain. Follow the cleaner instructions for cleaning the stainless steel surface. We hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. – CV

QuestionHow much height adjustability is there with the legs? My counters are 2 inches higher than standard, and everything needs to have adjustable feet to compensate for the difference. Also is there a photo of what those feet look like?

Width of each trim piece is 5/8" and tapers in thickness to 1/4" to 1/8". The trim is attached to the countertop, not the range with special 3M Adhesive strips that are durable and heat/grease resistant. QuestionAre the ovens completely separate to work independently? When one oven is used, is the other one hot also or just the one cooking oven at the time? some double gas ovens are just separated by a piece of metal

- Answer The default color on the white oven is the bronze. If you want to change to the other colors you have to buy them separate.
