• Hello Shirleygirley - We appreciate your interest in the C2S900P3MD1 and we are glad to assist. This model is Self-Clean with Steam Clean Option. The cast iron griddle is not reversible. There is an optional cast iron grill JXCGRILL1. Thanks for checking. Olga@Cafe
