The grinder will shut off if something gets stuck in it which can occur for various reasons, e.g. the grind setting is too fine for the grade or size of the bean. All you have to do is adjust the grind setting to a larger one by rotating the bean hopper counterclockwise slightly and tapping it to clear the issue. That’s all you have to do.

This sounds discouraging and we're glad to offer some guidance. First, try resetting the machine by unplugging it for about a minute and then plugging it back in. You can also press and hold the Grind, Single, and Double buttons together for 3 seconds to reset all programmable settings back to the factory settings. If that doesn't solve the problem, then we suggest reaching out to Best Buy directly for warranty information (and if you're outside of their return policy, call 1-800-432-2737). We hope this helps. All the best, Kelsey@Café
