“Why does the Bellissimo only take 10 seconds to pull a shot where most websites say it should take 20-30 seconds? How big of a basket can this machine accept? I thinking of getting a 20 g basket for it?”

Hello - Time is recorded from when the function starts to when espresso stops dispensing into cup. If time is below range, use a finer setting or larger water volume. If time is above range, use a coarser setting or lesser water volume. We don't offer other container sizes, and we only recommend using the container that comes with the unit. Please try again later.My grinder broke after 4 days I ask for a label return and I returned it..3 weeks later I received the same machine Best Buy didn’t fix anything I ask for another label I returned it again,I waited for another 3 weeks and I received it again nothing was done about it Best Buy reply the cereal number doesn’t Match they said..I didn’t get a new machine or my money back…unprofessional..Best Buy used to be good they just hired idiots people with no customer service..
