“How long does the insulated carafe keep the coffee warm for on average since it shuts itself off after brewing and if I were to purchase a glass carafe how would that change the warm time of the coffee inside glass as opposed to the metal one?”

I returned this machine after three weeks of the purchase, the coffee was tasteless!! The coffee stays hot for about an hour or less!! It’s beautiful but making tasteless coffee!!

The thermal carafe model does not have a warming plate and will retain heat of the coffee for about 1 hour after brewing. The glass carafe model does have a warming plate that will shut off after 2 hours. We're very glad that you checked. Let us know if any other questions come up.
