“Received for Christmas. Whenever I remove filter basket the coffeemaker drips and I have to dry off the plate. Any way to avoid this dripping?”

Hello there - First off, we are so happy that we could be involved in your family's holiday celebration! This is wonderful to know. We do apologize that your basket drips when you remove the carafe and we're glad to offer a solution. Make sure that the brew basket insert is positioned properly in the brew basket to avoid dripping.
