I don't think any adapters go backwards like that. All are for EF lenses to fit on an RF body. Come to think of it I dont think it could be built becase you have to mount an RF lens deeper into the EF body.

You will have to design your own RF to EF/EF-S mount adapter because nobody makes one. Warning: find out why no one does before embarking on designing and making your own.
The T7, introduced in 2018, was reviewed as "a disappointing, underwhelming entry-level model."

There is currently no adapter for a DSLR camera that will allow you to mount a RF lens to your Canon Rebel T7 but if you decided to get a Canon Mirrorless, there are 2 different adapters that you can mount on the Camera to continue to use your EF lenses.
