Will it fit third party lenses like sigma or tamron? null

Yes. As long as it is an EF lens. I use this with the EOS R and Sigma EF 85mm.

I have 3 older, high end, Sigmas and 2 new, high end Tamrons and they all work better than they did on any of my EF mount bodies.

I know for sure it will fit the Tamron lens as I have the adapter on there now!

No Just canon EF lenses you will probably need a 3rd party adapter for this
