You can use the “sports” setting on the selector or in manual (M) mode, tap the shutter to make the setting screen come up, press the “Q” button to activate the settings. Use the arrows to select shutter speed, rotate the wheel to adjust the speed, then press the “set” button to set the shutter speed.
