Does this camera come with a charger? null

Yes, it comes with the LP-17 battery as well as the battery charger that plugs directly into an outlet.

It has a battery charger. You must take the battery out of the camera and put it in the charger, which then plugs into the wall. Or you can use a (not included) USB cable to charge the battery in the camera via USB, or buy a Canon charger (model PD-E1) to also charge it via USB (includes the actual AC adapter).
