QuestionDoes this printer print mix documents well? Meaning, if I have a second tray for legal paper and the original for letter, will the printer recognize the paper size change in the pdf file and automatically select the correct paper size for printing?

- Answer I haven't used different size paper but knowing Canon and their technology i think it will. I know there is a plate you install in the tray to extwend for the longer paper that comes with the printer.

QuestionHi! I currently own an Epson XP-4100 expression home printer which I purchased from Best Buy last year. It is driving me crazy because every month it needs new ink cartridges. Does the Canon Wireless require a replacement each month? Thank you! GC

- Answer Toner cartridges are in the second menu page under the title consumable information. Acknowledge the canon cartridges disclaimer and then toner information shows up. Hope this helps!

- Answer No, only the traditional cyan, magenta, yellow and black toners come with this. Browse to https://www.ghost-white-toner.com/canon/canon-i-sensys-lbp-640/ to see toner for a Canon printer similar to this but without the multifunction copier. The MFC 642 is also listed in the detailed description of the $248.45 cartridge.

- Answer never tryed call customer service, but be ready to be on hold for 45 min. and maybe 2 calls. some of them are very good, others ? they told me no photo paper

- Answer If I am not mistaking your question. If you want to make copy of art, ink jet would be better on photo paper. Color is more vivid. Otherwise this printer is very good for all in one.
