QuestionI have bunch of papers for copy. How can I use the ADF to copy? Seems like it only makes copy from the platen glass. Am I missing anything? Thanks in advance !!

- Answer I think you need to download the software from Canon to your computer. In addition to downloading the drivers, you need the software.

QuestionWhat is the width at the base? I see the width listed as 16.5", but does that include the screen that appears to stick out on the right side, or is that the width at the base? I need a printer that is narrower than 16" at the base.

QuestionThe touch screen display on my printer is all white. I cannot see where the buttons are to select my paper tray or the next screen. It worked fine a few days ago but tonight it went like this. Is there something easy I can do other than throwing it out?

- Answer It should. Make sure you download the software from Canon. Not just the drivers.

- Answer Laser printers are not made to use photo paper. Photo paper is an inkjet only item.

- Answer You can download the drivers via the manufacturers website. I use Macs and always have to download my drivers directly from the manufacturer. Best of luck!

QuestionMF642Cdw printer has options for Auto Select", Multipurpose Tray, Tray1 & Tray2. Win10 Pro apps don't show Tray2 option, I pick Auto Select to print; it doesn't work. I have to manually select Tray2 at printer. How do I get Win 10 to see Tray2?
