- Answer Should not touch pics for a few minutes. Like any color printer they will smear if you touch them immediately after taking from printer.

Questiondoes the printer come with the film to print or do you have to buy it separately. i’m trying to decide between the polaroid zip printer or the cannon ivy mini.if this doesn’t come with films i might just have to go with the polaroid. it will be cheaper.

Questioni have a samsung s23 ultra. i downloaded the app, but when i add the device, it cannot find it. my coworker has an apple. she downloaded the app and went to add the printer and it worked and added the printer. what should i do different?

- Answer Are you using your home wifi or your phone internet? Try using the other instead (like if you're on phone internet, use home wifi). I had the same issue. Good luck.

QuestionMine flashes green and red when it’s on charge. It will only turn on when it’s on charge but when I connect it to the app it says it has 97% battery. When I try to print, it turns off.
