“How many and which cartridges does it use? i.e., the MG5420 uses fine black (BK), and a big black (PGBK), plus yellow, cyan, magenta cartidges. What does this use?”

• It uses two cartridges only. One black and one multi colored. It does not have the individual separate colored ones like my last Brother printer had me buy 4 different cartridges. This printer surpasses what the last one did in quality.
