“Just bought this printer yesterday, hooked it up, paper jams. I've tried using one piece of paper- several- nothing works... I hate to have to go through the hassle of returning..any advise is greatly appreciated.”

• Dear Frustrated; Okay, this is a common issue. I would go and buy 22 lb paper. Sometimes, the thickness of the paper does the trick. Old, thin paper (like typewriter paper of the past) will not suffice with today's technology. My suggestion is to try this before you give up and bring back for a return / exchange. Best of luck.

• Try a different weight of paper. The thick paper tends to get stuck.
