• yes, the printer can print on paper up to 13" x 19".

• This printer will actually print on media up to 13 x 26. I have done this many times. You need only make the paper size correct in the print setup.

• As long as your printing application supports that size paper the 100-Pro will print just fine on it. Make sure the paper is high quality photo paper.
