“The copier will not connect to my computer. I select the internet name, i enter my password and it says not correct?? I double and tripled checked, not sure why. When I try to search for it on my computer to add a new devise, it is not an option? Thanks”

Yes, I had a bit of a problem as well, but I got through it. My problem I believe was when I went to scan it didn't recognize my username so than I had to use the one for our television. Everything works now, but I am a little uneasy because on our tv it now says HD14PC. I may call my provider and have them check on it, but it is all working fine now.
