With the purchase of an EF to RF adapter, yes it will work. Not without. Im pretty sure there is an EF equivalent 100-400mm lense.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. It is an RF mount lens. The M50 has an EF lens mount. RF lenses cannot be adapted to non-mirrorless cameras due to the distance between the sensor and the back of the lens being shorter on RF mount cameras.
