With the purchase of an EF to RF adapter, yes it will work. Not without. Im pretty sure there is an EF equivalent 100-400mm lense.

No. It is an RF mount lens. The M50 has an EF lens mount. RF lenses cannot be adapted to non-mirrorless cameras due to the distance between the sensor and the back of the lens being shorter on RF mount cameras.

Teh lens requires an RF interface with the camera. If the EOS MOS Mark II has the same interface, they will be compatible.
