You have to pair your FM radio in one station in which nobofy transmitting, let's put an example 87.9 on your FM Radio and the same from your device. Please remember you has to turned on bluetooth and connected to your mobile phone. I hope this can help you .

My best guess is as follows: 1. In your phone's bluetooth settings, the phone and the audio are separate options. Make sure both are selected to connect to the power cup. 2. Make sure you are tuned to the correct station.
