if you have a Best Buy account you should be able to print out a proof of purchase by looking up the purchase online. sorry if that's not helpful. Good luck. I'm surprised Customer Service won't help troubleshoot though--you can try explaining you issue here: chefman.com/contact
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've not seen that with mine. A couple of suggestions/ideas .. 1. Try it in a different outlet, on another wall. Could be you are getting something weird going on , at the outlet. If it doesn't mess up on a totally different outlet, get an electrician to look at the original one.. 2. The Chefman website isn't bad. I haven't used their tech support..maybe post a note online to a forum versus a direct call? 3. Since this question was on the Bestbuy site, maybe check with the Bestbuy store you bought it from, or maybe get the history from your credit card company as "proof of purchase" ..
