If you go onto YouTube you will find several videos on how to use the Chefman. The best one I found is where it is featured on the Home Shopping Channel. If you look you should have no trouble finding it. That is what I did. Be aware that there is a Chefman video that features a chefman that is an air fryer only. I found that before I found the one for the multi function unit that I have.

Set the minutes, put the dish with the food on or put the food on the racks, shut the door, and press the start button on the top. You can even turn a light on by pressing the light pad . When it is done use proper tools to remove the food. The food can get really hot. Shut door and if it turns on again, just b press the on off button on the top of the unit. I never read the directions I just played with it.
