“How do you preheat this air fryer? How do you make the basket rotate I think it is in good but it does not rotate.”

• This Air Fryer did not require preheating. If properly inserted, the basket will rotate by pressing the rotisserie or rotate button. If making fries, press the fries button then press the rotate button. Hope this helps.
