• It only will rotate the basket and rotisserie when slid into the grooves properly.

• When you put the attachment in place that rotates item it works great. If you do not put it in, then it will do nothing.

• If you have the basket or the rotisserie spits inserted, it will rotate during cooking. It makes a difference which end of the spit goes into each of the sides, so you may need to turn it around if you press rotate and nothing happens.

• you have to have the spit in the hole to the left. I had a time with that one too and it was hot

• You have to have either the basket or the rotisserie in place for it to work.

• my woman fixed it eventually, my dinner got there in the end. Hopefully she can work the dishwasher. Attached is a photo of the knife she will be using to cut my balls off later
