I cook everything in mine including fish. Sometimes I lightly bread my fish, but when I put unbreaded fish, I just lighyly put a little butter or olive oil on the fish.

Yes I cook fresh fish in a fryer similar to this. Put it on bake and cook for 8 minutes.
