“Any way to set temp. to 360? (Seems to only preset ... 350...375....400) In other words 15 degree intervals only - Is that as designed (my recipes say 360 degrees do I 350 or 375 it?)”

I set mine on 350 degrees, because you don't want to over cook your food. If after 350 degrees, you can set it to a smaller degree, but watch the time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The marks are just guides, you can move the dial slightly past the 350 to make it around 360. Sometimes it’s a guessing game and you may cook at 361 but I’m sure it would be ok.
