• Yes you can cook Salmon. It dries fast so apply little oil half way through.

• My steak was great. Better than restaurants. Ive never added oil to it.

• When I did I would put a piece of foil paper down. Then place the item on the foil and let cook.

• according to handbook yes, I haven't personally yet but i've cooked frozen chicken, cinnamon rolls, bisquits, fries and it is awesome! definitely keep an eye on it because it cooks quick!

• Yes. You can cook almost ANYTHING in it. Think of it as a roaster but faster due to air circulation. Or convection oven.....but large ovens with convection features are too large to sufficiently get the same fast results.
