• Check the frozen chicken strips package, most will include temperatures/time for Air Fryers, otherwise you can search Google for an answer

• It depends on the size. I would say between 7-16 minutes. The guide says frozen fish sticks is only 7 minutes, but frozen French fries is 16-20. I took a picture of the guide for you.
