“My new Ring Video doorbell is at the opposite end of the house than my router. I already have a wi-fi range extender, but I still can only get motion reports ..... but no video. Can I use the Chime Pro AND the Almond extender I already have?”

I do not know if the two work together. I used the chime pro 1/2 between my router and doorbell and everything works well. Tried the chime pro at several places before finding the optimal spot. I would reset the entire system and see if you can get the video. You may have an issue with the ring doorbell itself.
