• Chromecast Voice Remote can be bought separately. However, only one remote can be paired at a time.

• I don't know if you can buy a spare....I imagine they aren't sold separately. But if you can find one, yes. They're paired via bluetooth. My harmony remote (hub) is paired as a second remote/keyboard and it works fine.
