• You can connect Chromecast with Google TV to any TV as long as it has an HDMI port where you can plug the Chromecast device.

• Any recent vintage TV with a HDMI jack will work. If the TV is 4k, it will use that. It will adapt to the maximum specs of the TV, whatever that is. Besides the TV, you just need good fast WiFi.
