“Has anyone ACTUALLY confirmed whether Spectrum tv is on this device ? Other than casting and Dolby vision, not having Spectrum tv is a deal breaker for me.”

It doesn't. I'm not sure why spectrum doesn't make an app for it, but I do believe you can cast through the app on your phone. But its not like the roku version.
