• Unfortunately, Spectrum TV app is not included on the list of cast-enabled apps. Chromecast can’t be used as a Spectrum receiver to access Spectrum business TV programming. • no but you can cast spectrum from a tablet with the Spectrum app.

• That is a question for spectrum tv. it will only run if the app is supported by chomecast tv. If you can not find the app in the app page try a search.. if you don't find it there it will not work.
