I have three tv's, will I need 3 Chromecasts? null

The Chromecast with Google TV plugs directly to your TV's HDMI port. So you would need a Chromecast device for each TV.

Yes, you will; the device plugs into your TV via HDMI and uses a USB to AC (wall plug) to power it. The tv USB port isn't strong enough to power it. It's worth it, though, especially if your house is already equipped with google homes! "Hey Google, play The Office on my living room TV" It Doesn't get easier than that!

Yes unless the TV's already have streaming apps on it.
