Maybe you mean they are components from manufacturers you weren't expecting but they would surely still be meeting the limited specs they list. Take the 4090, they could provide one from Asus or from Zotac, but they wouldn't give you a 4080.

Thats not really a question. But yes that does happen on occasion, however in most cases the different components are about the same if not better than the listed ones
