I would call up your local BB. Some of them are not scheduling still due to covid. I called to ensure I would get my free install since I received no notification after online order. I found out that my local BB does not yet do installs due to covid so I scheduled it for the next town over. The BB rep told me as long as it was ordered off their site, the install is free. Good luck!
