“Will this work for 2016 Hybrid Hyundai Sonata Limited? Can I control the climate (i.e., AC & Heat)? For instance, the BlueLink feature originally turned on my car, but I could not turn on or control the climate features. Any thoughts?”

You cant control heat or ac in app the only thing you can do is leave heat or ac on full then turn car off so it is on when you remote start the car
