I don't know about this model, but Compustar does make remotes that work with manual transmissions. Using them does involve a bit of a rain dance. In addition to wiring to the brake light warning circuit (wire splice), you need to set the brake, press the start button on the remote, then turn off the car (it will keep running). When you open and close the door, the car will stop running and be ready to remote start. Opening the door disables auto start. While this is safer than just wring to the brake light, I think it is overkill. Any car with working rear brakes will keep the car from moving at idle. Plus, if you start the car with the brake on, and in gear, it will just stall anyway. Anyone who drives a manual transmission car knows this.
